Dear Skaters,
The MFSC would like to invite you to participate in the holiday spectacular skating show, Spirit of the Season to be held on Sunday December 2, at 2:00pm. The holiday show will feature skaters of all ages and abilities who participate in the MFSC skating programs.
There is a $20.00 per skater registration fee, which includes practice sessions, instructor time and the fees to cover, props, and costumes. You may be asked to provide pieces to ’Äúcomplete’Äù your costume, such as hair accessories, tights, black pants. All this information will be posted on November 19.
Rehearsal Schedule
The skaters will still receive a half-hour lesson time on Monday’Äôs during club and then a half-hour of show practice. A skater not participating in the show will still have their lesson time. All skaters need to be on the ice the full hour: 4:00—5:00 for Junior Club and Intermediate club 1 and 5:00 - 6:00 for Intermediate Club 2 and Senior Club. With the Mandatory Dress Rehearsal on Friday November 30th from 4:00—6:00 pm.
The skating instructors, board members, show skaters and many volunteers will be putting in a lot of time and effort over the next few weeks to make this Holiday spectacular skating show a fun-filled and successful event! We need to remind everyone that it will take some hard work and dedication to make this a success. We appreciate your support of the Meadville Figure Skating Club. We also understand what a busy time of the year this is for everyone. We hope that you can support this exciting event, bring your family and friends and share in the SPIRT OF THE SEASON!
